Pollution by Urbanisation

I found that there is a water channel that runs through the middle of all the houses into Tarban Creek. This would carry all the pollution and other wash-off into the Creek. A short way up the Creek there is a filter wall that does nothing to prevent the pollution going into the Creek. The arrows show the flow of the water and the circles are where the filter is.
